On 5 October 1987, The Cure released a new single Just Like Heaven, taken from their Kiss Me Kiss Me Kiss Me album. The flip side is Snow In Summer while the 12inch has the extra track Sugar Girl. Both are previously unavailable new songs. The original UK 7inch pressing [FICS 27] features remix of Just Like Heaven b/w Snow In Summer as a B-side. Two limited editions were issued in the United Kingdom, both were limited to 10,000 copies. The first edition was a white 7inch vinyl [FICS 27] issued in a standard picture sleeve, each individually numbered. The second one was a 7inch picture disc [FICSP 27] issued in a clear PVC picture sleeve. Both of these limited editions have the same tracks as the 7inch. The original UK 12inch pressing [FICSX 27] features remix of Just Like Heaven b/w Snow In Summer and Sugar Girl as an extra track. The original UK CD [FIXCD 27] has the same tracks as the 12inch. Single Just Like Heaven entered the UK charts, where it would peak at number 29.
