The Cure performed an acoustic set at the Limelight Studios in London to record MTV Unplugged.

Brits

The Cure received three nominations; best British band, best music video and best male vocalist. Also, The Cure performed a live version of Never Enough.

Following their success at the Brits, The Cure went into the studio for a few weeks to do some new demos.

Entreat

Entreat was released as a mid price album, as a result of pressure from fans who were unable to get a limited edition special purchase copy of the cassette or CD last year. All royalties from the sale of Entreat were given to various charities.

Picture Show

Picture Show was a follow up video compilation to Staring At The Sea, featuring ten videos from 1987 to 1990.

Play Out

On 18 November 1991, The Cure released a two-hour documentary video, entitled The Cure Play Out, on Windsong International Video. Play Out was recorded over January and February 1991, including various live performances and backstage pictures.
